1935 Tudor Revival Sunroom

Originally a flagstone patio, we designed a Victorian inspired sunroom to turn this corner of the home into a year-round usable space. At 1-1/2 stories tall, we decked this sunroom out with beautiful pillar, operable transom windows, mahogany French doors to a Juliet balcony, custom plaster ceiling, exterior rosettes and period appropriate trim and exterior entablature. The result is a gorgeous 4 season space that our clients adore!
