1969 Forest Highlands Addition

When this young and active family moved into their 1969 daylight ranch home, they were in love with the home’s architecture and its location. However, over time, they began realizing that their storage space was considerably lacking for their various hobbies including various outdoor sports, woodworking, and welding. Their deck had seen better days and proving to be a safety hazard. They also lacked a space for muddy shoes to be taken off prior to coming into the house. The answer to their problems resulted in a two-story garage-workshop addition with mudroom and deck rebuild.
