1924 Craftsman Addition

This one and a half story 1924 Arts & Crafts Bungalow needed some additional space to accommodate this growing family. The end goal of the project was to increase interior living space, add comfort and energy efficiency, and give the house a much needed exterior restoration.
The project included adding both a front and back dormer, removing aluminum siding, installing 1×6 lap cedar siding and cedar shingles, trim restoration where possible, restoration and replacement of windows, adding insulation and a new roof. The exterior restoration was done in conjunction with a complete second story renovation.
