1928 Grant Park Basement

These homeowners in NE Portland wanted to turn their unfinished basement into a warm and welcoming space. By adding a finished laundry space, living space, and full bath we were able to create a wonderful space for the whole family to spend time in. What was once only a seldom visited and under-utilized area of the home becoming an integral part of their home. The finishes and detailing kept with the age of the 1928 home, making the basement fit seamlessly into its surroundings.
